Book a class:
You can book a class by simply sending me a message (email or phone) with the date and class you´d like to book. I´ll confirm your booking the same day.
You can also sign up for my newsletter (comes out every sunday) if you want to receive more information on the class themes each week.
Payment:
After you´ve reveived my confirmation message, please tranfer the class fee to the following bank account before the class:

Explore different movement and learn to move healthily and versatilely. Get to know your body´s capabilities and learn how to develop them. This is a very dynamic class, we bounce, shake, swing, stretch and strenghthen our bodies. It also makes a great addition to your yogapractice.

Connect movement to breath and learn how to practice purposefully using parts of the traditional Ashtanga Yoga Series as a basis.

Private Yoga Session via Zoom or in person (if you are in Helsinki, Finland). Develop, deepen or refine your own personal yoga practice. A 1-2-1 session enables us to truly tailor your practice to your needs.
